Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso-Automation APS002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vee-Arc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Velconic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Versatec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vee-Arc such as the 930110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLASE020T027 manufactured by Velconic and we are pleased to be able to service most Velconic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G10021766003H by Manufacturer Versatec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Varvel Brand SRT02849G314 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as B2050D01ASCM equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PQ700012 made by Vexta as well as the popular 060220AYTT01 original spares produced by Van-Dorn

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 404134 by Vee-Arc and B2050D01ASCM spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1243L6281301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Varian.
